All barnwood fireplace mantels include FREE nationwide shipping!

Our barnwood fireplace mantels are made from real timber wood beams and hand-hewn and perfected by expert Amish craftsmanship.  Because they are hand-hewn, every mantel is unique with no two looking alike, while their checks and cracking fill each one with character and charm.  Available in variety of finishes and sizes, these rustic looking mantels are the perfect addition to any fireplace!

FEATURES:

  • Made from solid Eastern White Pine
  • Air dried to add checks and cracking for character
  • Hand sanded to help prevent splinters and allowing for easy cleaning
  • Lightweight, easy to handle and install
  • Hand-hewn means every beam is unique, no two are alike
  • Custom sizes available

MOUNTING:
If your mantel will be mounted to brick, drywall, or another masonry wall, you will need to have your mantel pre-notched (this is an additional cost).  If your mantel will be mounted to a wall that will have stone applied to it at a later date, then you will need to purchase mounting straps for your mantel.

ORDERING NOTE:
When ordering your fireplace mantel, please take into consideration whether it will be installed on top of existing stone veneer/brick, or if it will be behind stone veneer/brick that will be installed at a later date.  If it will be installed behind stone veneer/brick, we recommend increasing the depth of your mantel to accommodate the area that will be obstructed by the stone veneer/brick.  Example:  If you order a mantel with a 6" depth and your stone veneer/brick protrudes from the wall by 2", your usable mantel depth will only be 4".
